Thanks for the awesome guide. I want to understand once you buy the domain, how can you sell it off (or give full ownership ) to some other address and be paid back in ETH. I want it work like a smart contract where someone transfers me ETH that we have decided upon for a particular domain and in return I transfer full ownership and deed of the domain .

Even if this cannot be taken care by smart contract, and rather assume it needs to be done through manual process where we both trust each other then — how to achieve it?
